SolaX impressed with solutions for agriculture and industry
Agricultural Machinery Days (Mezőgépnapok), Szentlőrinci (HU), 06.-07. 08. 2025
At this year’s professional exhibition focused on agriculture, economy, and the processing industry, a number of exciting innovations were presented – from bio compounds for soil improvement and soil analysis technologies to innovative production methods and solutions for efficient farming.
The SolaX booth attracted great attention, showcasing how renewable energy sources and energy-efficient solutions can be practically applied in agriculture.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore off-grid systems, technologies for charging electric vehicles, and solutions suitable for high-consumption operations. It became clear that more and more businesses are looking for ways to cut multi-million electricity bills – whether through SolaX industrial solutions or by connecting multiple smaller systems in parallel.
Discussions also focused on industrial battery storage systems, which can play a crucial role in grid stabilization, frequency regulation, peak load reduction, and voltage balancing. These technologies are increasingly perceived as strategic for energy independence.
Special attention was also paid to modern irrigation technologies. Bauer Hungária presented solutions enabling the operation of powerful water pumps (20–40 kW) using photovoltaics and off-grid inverters – without connection to the distribution network. Such projects may be of great significance in regions where new irrigation channels are currently being built, such as the Drava River area.
The exhibition attracted a surprisingly high number of visitors, mostly local end-users. This gave SolaX and its partners an excellent opportunity to present their technologies directly to those who can realistically apply them in their businesses.
Overall, the event confirmed that the combination of photovoltaics, battery storage, and smart solutions has enormous potential in the agricultural sector – from cost reduction to greater independence and sustainability.
