Who is the sale for?

Only for implementation companies, not for end customers. Every customer/company of ours shows their ID number, without which no sale is possible.

I am an implementation company, buying for the first time. How to proceed?

Register an account on our e-shop, where you will provide basic information of your company. Before you can buy, your newly created account must be authorized. You will be informed about the result of your account authorization via your registered email. In some cases of authorization, you may also be contacted by our GBC Solino merchant.

Registering a new customer

What do I get as an authorized GBC Solino customer?

As an authorised GBC Solino customer you will receive sales, technical and service support by phone or email. When logged into the e-shop, GBC tech tips, configurators and extended PDF documentation for each product are also displayed. Authorized customers also have the opportunity to register for professional training sessions organized by GBC Solino's expert PV wholesaler.

I want to claim a product.

If you are an end user and want to claim a product, please contact your implementation company that installed the product for you. If you are an installer (GBC Solino customer), follow the instructions in the service section.
