SMART SCENE

The Smart Scene function of the SolaX DataHub 1000 allows users to create automated scenarios based on “IF” conditions and “THEN” actions, helping users optimize the operation of their photovoltaic power plant and tailor it to their specific needs and conditions.

 

This function comes with predefined conditions and executable actions that can be customized to the user’s specific needs. For example, upon meeting a certain condition, the system can automatically start charging or discharging the inverter. In this way, the operation of the photovoltaic system can be optimized and its efficiency increased.

Examples of SMART SCENES function

1) When the electricity price drops below a certain value, start “battery charging”.

2) Identify the most expensive hours in a specific time period and discharge the battery during that time.

3) When the electricity price is below a certain value, set the inverter's Export Limit Control to 0 (disable feed-in by setting the value to 0).

FAQ

By default, the DataHUB 1000 does not treat the state when communication breaks down and export control is set.

 

If I want the inverters to stop working when either the communication with DataHUB 1000 fails or the meter communication fails I have to make the following settings:
